Rules for using Paw Pampers as a pet care operator or authorized representative.
By accessing Paw Pampers marketing pages, creating an account, or using a Paw Pampers-hosted site or subdomain we provide to your business (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Paw Pampers provides software and related infrastructure for pet care operations—including grooming salons, dog daycares, and pet hotels—and optional public or branded web experiences for pet owners (Paw Link and Paw Parent). Features, availability, and pricing are described on our marketing and signup pages and may change with reasonable notice.
You must provide accurate information during onboarding and keep it current. You are responsible for activity under your credentials and for ensuring that anyone you invite to the Service is authorized to act on behalf of your organization. We currently onboard businesses with a Canadian service address.
You will not use the Service to violate law, infringe others’ rights, distribute malware, attempt unauthorized access to our systems or other tenants, or interfere with the integrity or performance of Paw Pampers. You remain responsible for your business’s compliance with pet-care licensing, privacy, consumer, tax, and employment obligations that apply to you, including how you collect and use pet-owner and pet information.
Paid plans are billed according to the pricing you select at signup or as otherwise agreed. Taxes may apply. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access as described in your order or checkout terms. Fees you charge pet owners through a payment processor you connect are between you, the owner, and that processor.
Nurture Partners Inc and its licensors own the Service, including software, branding, and documentation. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service for your internal pet-care operations during an active subscription. Content you upload remains yours; you give us permission to host and process it as needed to provide the Service.
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. While we strive for reliability, we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties such as merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Paw Pampers is operations software; it does not replace veterinary advice, municipal licensing, or your professional judgment.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nurture Partners Inc is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability arising out of these terms or the Service is limited to the fees you paid to Paw Pampers for the Service in the twelve (12) months before the claim arose, unless a mandatory law requires otherwise.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service—including delisting or disabling your Paw Pampers-hosted site, subdomain, or custom domain integration—if you materially breach these terms, fail to pay amounts due, or if we reasonably believe continued operation would harm Paw Pampers, other customers, or users.
Canadian law: We may also suspend, terminate, or delist any site or account that is not operated in compliance with applicable Canadian law, including federal, provincial, or territorial requirements that govern your business or your use of the Service (for example, unlawful content, misrepresentation, or conduct that exposes Paw Pampers or pet owners to unacceptable legal risk). Where practicable, we will provide notice and an opportunity to correct issues before taking permanent action, unless immediate action is required by law or to protect safety and security.
These terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the applicable province or territory of Nurture Partners Inc’s principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in that jurisdiction have exclusive subject-matter jurisdiction, except where consumer protection law gives you a non-waivable right to bring claims elsewhere.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms, except where a stricter notice period is required by law.
