Neighbourhood Care uses fixed platform rates ($5.00 + $3.00/pet) with no profile review fee.
Licensed pet capacity is the number of spots you can serve at once—not your total client roster. A pet hotel with 30 customers and 10 kennel spots licenses 10; not every customer uses the service every day.
No setup fees. No hidden contracts. Only pay for your licensed capacity.
Additional GST or HST may apply to the monthly charge, depending on your province or territory.
For online payments
After you sign up, choose one payment provider in the employee portal and enter your own credentials. Helcim, Nuvei, Stripe, and PayPal collect Visa, Mastercard, and other cards on their hosted checkout. Pet hotels and daycares can add pre-authorized debit when the processor supports it (Helcim, Stripe ACSS, or VoPay). One-time checkouts can also offer Interac e-Transfer when you use Nuvei or VoPay. Grooming stays off PAD. You do not need to set this up before you create your account.
